Access to the venue is free seating, with seats chosen upon entry.
NO REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS AND/OR DATE CHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

The purchase of the multi-visit ticket DOES NOT guarantee the access to the theatre hall.
How to use your multi-visit ticket
Without reservation: on the evening of the show, you can enter the theater directly by showing your season ticket. Please note, however, that admission is not guaranteed, as seats are limited.
With e-mail reservation: write to biglietti@zonak.it to book your entrance to the theatre.
With reservation from your personal account Liveticket: you can find all the detailed information on the subscription page.
